Sami, Wildcat Captain

A controlling storm deck. This deck is all about pushing the game into a space where it’s given a single turn with no opposing interaction. It does this by either controlling its opponents with sweepers and interaction until they run out of steam, or by casting Silence.

Once that safe turn is found, Sami, Wildcat Captain enters and finishes the game, even from an empty board. Their cost reduction supercharges card draw and rituals, accelerating as artifacts enter. Eventually, they find Reiterate and a ritual, create infinite mana, and deal infinite damage with a burn spell.
