A midrange value deck centered around efficient 2 card combos that can be played from hand with minimal additional setup. It plays a careful controlling plan, with the potential to suddenly explode into storm-style turns. It’s highly resilient and adaptive.

This is an environment specific deck filled with silver bullets against popular archetypes. Its value generation largely functions at instant speed to play around Rule of Law, and many of its creatures can act as replacement commanders.

This deck’s 99 won; Kykar, intended as a mana engine, was always instantly killed. Bummer.
