Eluge, The Shoreless Sea

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is a unique cost reduction Commander because it reduces the colored pips of spells. This allows it to eventually free spell nearly any instant or sorcery.

This deck is fully committed to utilizing Eluge to the fullest extent possible. It tries to get the fish on the board quickly, and then protects it with everything possible for the first couple of turns, to begin generating massive amounts of mana.

This then enables non-stop card draw and interaction, especially with Everdream. To win, the deck relies on looping extra turns, Hullbreaker Horror, and good ol’ Fish beatdown.
